By checking the "I have read the Privacy Policy and consent to data processing" box when submitting a form on rentateam.ru or renta.team, the data subject (hereinafter — the Subject) gives this free, specific, informed, and conscious consent to processing of their personal data by the Operator.
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Processing method — mixed (automated and non-automated). Storage in the Russian Federation.
The consent is granted for the period until the processing purposes are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn by the Subject, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the form submission. After this period, the data is subject to destruction or anonymization, unless otherwise required by Russian law.
The Subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to go@rentateam.ru indicating the full name and contact details used when submitting the form.
The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except in cases where processing is required by law (e.g., contract performance).
Personal data is not transferred to third parties without separate consent. Exceptions are stipulated by Russian law (e.g., court orders or law enforcement requests).
